Inix in pact with Chinese, S. Korean firms to create e-commerce platform

PETALING JAYA: Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiary Inix Network Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of agreement with China’s Rlongtou Watch (Shenzhen) Co Ltd and South Korean’s GK Global group to create a new e-commerce platform.

Under the agreement, the parties will cooperate to strengthen consumer experience in the platform through big data and artificial intelligence, as well as tightly integrated online services, offline experience and modern logistics services.

According to Inix Network’s director Chow Hung Keey, the three parties will combine each of its customer network to create a stronger business network.

“In addition, facilities, marketing costs, resources, equipment and supply chains in different countries can also be shared in this collaboration,” he said in a statement today.

Chow disclosed that Inix Network will focus on the research and development of artificial intelligence and the potential of blockchain.

On the other hand, GK Global chairman Edward Shin said the group is planning to set up a medical center in Malaysia.

In South Korea, the company is known for its natural killer cell therapy that provides treatment for cancer patients through high-tech cell therapy.

Meanwhile, Inix Network will become the exclusive Malaysian agent of the Rlongtou diamond watch.
