The clip shows the boy walking into the bustling canteen during recess, holding a chocolate birthday cake and a unique bouquet made of spice packets in a black paper bag.
His mother, Siti, was busy serving students when he approached her.
Shocked by her son’s thoughtful gesture, she became emotional, hugging and kissing him on the cheek.
A teacher who witnessed the touching moment could be seen clapping and smiling in the background.
