BUTTERWORTH: Butterworth Police Station complaint and administrative counter is closed to the public from 4pm today until April 8 due to a distribution board problem which is unable to supply sufficient power to support the Integrated Police Report System (iPRS).
Seberang Perai Utara district police chief ACP Noorzainy Mohd Noor said in a statement, the problem was caused by upgrading works that were ongoing at the station.
“Members of the public who wish to lodge police reports or other matters at the station are advised to go to nearby police stations namely Mak Mandin, Telok Air Tawar and Seri Pinang.
“Any inconvenience caused is regretted,” he said. - Bernama
