PPP chief calls for family focus and gratitude this Aidilfitri

PPP president urges Malaysians to prioritise family time and gratitude this Aidilfitri, reflecting on life’s simple joys beyond financial pursuits.

KUALA LUMPUR: People’s Progressive Party president Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan has called for reflection and stronger family bonds this Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

He said the celebration is a time for gratitude and appreciating family amid daily life’s demands.

In a statement, he noted that many in today’s fast-paced world are caught in a cycle of work and earning a living.

He cautioned that society should not lose sight of the value of time spent with loved ones.

“Waiting until we are ‘financially stable’ to enjoy life may mean we never begin,” Loga Bala said.

He urged people to use the festive opportunity to step away from routine and appreciate their loved ones.

Simple moments like building meaningful relationships are what make life truly meaningful, he added.

Loga Bala also extended Aidilfitri greetings to all Malaysians, especially Muslims.
