Fang Ze Zeng clinched gold in men’s figure skating at the SEA Games Thailand 2025, scoring 157.22 points to top the podium in Samut Prakan.
MALAYSIA’S figure skater Fang Ze Zeng glided to gold in the men’s figure skating singles event at the SEA Games Thailand 2025 here today.
The national skater amassed 157.22 points at the IWIS International Ice Skating Training Center in Samut Prakan to top the podium.
Ze Zeng fended off the challenge from the Philippines’ Brandon James Baldoz, who claimed silver with 137.98 points.

Home skater Aaron Kulvatunyou settled for bronze with 128.39 points.
The SEA Games Thailand 2025 is taking place from Dec 9 to 20 across two provinces -Bangkok and Chonburi.
Meanwhile, team manager Mohamad Fadzli Johan told Bernama he was pleased to see Ze Zeng live up to expectations by delivering the gold medal.
He admitted that Ze Zeng showed signs of nerves before the competition but said the team managed to calm him down and instil positive energy ahead of the event.
“With the help of our team, Ze Zeng was able to overcome all his worries and nervousness during the competition. Alhamdulillah, he was able to deliver his best performance,” he said.
In the same event, fellow Malaysian skater Low Chun Hong finished seventh with 91.12 points. – Bernama
