vivo Malaysia launches first sale campaign for X300 Series with discounts and concert tie-ins

vivo positions X300 Series as ‘ultimate concert phone’ with exclusive promotions

PETALING JAYA: vivo Malaysia has launched the first sale campaign for its new X300 Series, offering exclusive discounts, instalment options and promotional rewards for customers purchasing the new devices nationwide.

Running from May 23 to June 23, the campaign covers the newly introduced X300 Ultra and X300 FE models, which the company is positioning as its “ultimate concert phone” series, designed to enhance photography, video recording and entertainment experiences in live event settings.

The company said the X300 Series combines ZEISS co-engineered imaging technology, telephoto capabilities and AI-driven features to help users capture high-quality photos and videos in challenging lighting conditions, particularly at concerts and live performances.

The flagship X300 Ultra features ZEISS Triple Prime lenses and a 200MP 85mm ZEISS gimbal-grade APO telephoto camera equipped with 60fps autofocus tracking and optical image stabilisation designed to improve image stability and close-up shots.

Meanwhile, the X300 FE includes a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, alongside features such as Stage Mode and Dual-View Stage Video intended to support low-light photography and simultaneous recording of performances and user reactions.

As part of the first sale campaign, customers purchasing the devices at selected vivo Concept Stores can receive promotional benefits including discounts and financing options.

Following a RM700 discount, the vivo X300 Ultra with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at RM6,099, while the 1TB version is available at RM7,099.

The vivo X300 FE is priced at RM3,299 for the 12GB + 256GB variant and RM3,899 for the 12GB + 512GB option.

Customers purchasing a Photographer Kit can also receive a RM300 rebate with an additional payment of RM999.

The company said buyers will also have access to up to 24-month interest-free instalment plans, instant rebates through selected banking partners and trade-in programmes available at participating vivo Concept Stores.

Beyond retail promotions, vivo Malaysia is also extending the X300 Series campaign into live music experiences as part of its branding strategy.

The company has been named an official sponsoring partner for the upcoming concert by Gareth.T, Prince of Nothing, scheduled to take place in Kuala Lumpur on June 13.

To complement the partnership, vivo Malaysia is organising a social media giveaway campaign allowing customers who purchase the X300 Ultra or X300 FE to stand a chance of winning concert tickets.

Participants are required to post proof of purchase or content created using the devices on social media with designated campaign hashtags.

The campaign closes on June 4, with winners scheduled to be announced on June 5.
