Netizens slam lazy trolley users blocking cars at supermarket

Netizens express frustration over people leaving shopping trolleys blocking cars, causing inconvenience and damage

IN a world where everyone’s rushing to get things done, it’s easy to forget that our actions affect those around us.

Simple gestures, like returning a shopping trolley properly, may seem small, but they can make a big difference in how others experience their day.

In a recent post on Threads, @fyzaabdtalib_ expressed frustration over people leaving shopping trolleys abandoned in a supermarket parking lot, blocking other parked cars.

“Is this behaviour acceptable? Blocking other cars with a trolley after using it!” she wrote, questioning the lack of consideration for others.

Her post quickly resonated with many netizens, with one user, Dila, sharing a similar experience.

“That’s not even the worst part — just pushing my car and now the fender’s all dented. Such bad behaviour!” she commented.

When a user suggested that it was a simple issue and questioned why not just move the trolleys, @fyzaabdtalib_ responded by explaining that leaving the trolleys in such a manner can lead to damage.

“It’s the same lazy species everywhere. After using it, just put it back! It’s so inconvenient for others. I’ve seen people leave their trolleys right in front of someone’s car, even when the trolley return is just in front of them,” commented @_ieylahalias, emphasising the frustration felt by many.
